At Dynasty Fabrics, we strive for perfection in every thread, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless 14-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure that all items remain in their original packaging with tags intact to qualify for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the fabric or garment and place it back into its original Dynasty Fabrics box along with the printed invoice and return slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
